Check in with each other
Before a personal audio or video call, ask whether it is a good time. Personal calls are a VIP feature, and choosing to call should feel comfortable for both people.
Respect a request to change the topic, stay in messages or end a conversation. In a group room, give people space to listen quietly and let them decide how much they want to contribute.
Use the support available to you
If contact is unwanted, use the blocking and messaging privacy controls available in Vozzo. You can step away from a conversation and decide which connections you want to continue.
For help with a concern, use Help and ticket support in the app or email support@vozzo.org. Describe the issue clearly and include the feature involved, while keeping passwords and one-time login codes out of your message.
